Also covers computational simulation techniques; stability theory including Lyapunov's direct method; nonlinear control systems of input-output and absolute stability; strong positive real transfer functions; feedback linearization of nonlinear systems; nonlinear canonical forms; nonlinear decoupling; sliding control; and applications to adaptive control, neural networks, and robotics.
